I’m Victoria Moreau, and as a mother of one, I’ve felt the whirlwind of balancing motherhood, personal growth, and the quiet longing to feel like myself again. It’s all too easy to lose yourself in the daily rhythm of caring for others.
That’s why I created Petals and Pathways—to help mothers move from overwhelm and disconnection to feeling grounded, peaceful, and deeply at home in themselves. As a certified yoga teacher, I blend intuitive yoga with heart-led living to gently guide you back to yourself, combining mindful movement with the lived experience of motherhood.
I’ve walked alongside countless mothers as they rediscovered their calm and realized they could nurture their own growth without sacrificing the love and care they give to their families.
